The steel was fabricated in our Dublin workshop and installed on site in Sandyford, Dublin 18 by our own team. Every job is set out from measured site dimensions, welded and finished in house, and delivered to suit the site programme.
Why we built it this way
On a mixed apartment and retail scheme the steel has to land exactly where the precast sits, so every column and beam was drilled in the workshop to the precast setting out. Erecting bay by bay let the main contractor keep the rest of the site moving while the colonnade went up, and the red oxide primer gave the steel protection until the finishes went on.

Cutting, drilling, forming and welding is carried out in our own workshop under EN 1090-1 EXC3 and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
