About this railings & balustrades project
Graphite grey bar railings with brushed stainless steel handrails to an external basement stair and open mesh ramp, base plated to the concrete and returned with wall mounted rails to the lower door.
The steel was fabricated in our Dublin workshop and installed on site in Dublin Port, Dublin 3 by our own team. Every job is set out from measured site dimensions, welded and finished in house, and delivered to suit the site programme.
Why we built it this way
Basement stairs and ramps on apartment schemes see heavy daily use, so the handrails were made in brushed stainless steel, which does not need painting and is pleasant to hold. The bar railings were base plated straight onto the concrete, and wall mounted rails carry on down to the lower door so there is support the whole way.
